How to experience a safe and smooth Reflect Festival

The Reflect team, speakers, attendees, and partners will finally meet face to face after a long break at this year's festival edition. While we're all hyped to reunite and the situation on the island is optimistic, we can't forget that the pandemic is not over yet and we need to be careful. If we want to spend the three beautiful October days together as safely as possible, we'll all need to follow some basic guidelines.

VACCINES, TESTS, OR PROOF OF COVID RECOVERY

In order to access any part of the festival, you will need to show one of the following upon registration:

a) proof of vaccination

b) a PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to the festival

c) a rapid test taken within 48 hours prior to the festival

d) proof of Covid-19 recovery within the past 6 months

FACE MASKS IN THE INDOOR AREAS

While Reflect will mostly take place outside, you will need to wear a mask if you find yourself in an indoor area. While not mandatory, we also recommend wearing it while listening to sessions at the outdoor stages and interacting with the exhibitors.

LIMITED CAPACITIES

Each Reflect area, as well as the networking sessions, will strictly follow the recommended maximum capacities.

BE A NICE HUMAN

Wash your hands, use disinfectants, wear a mask in a crowd, and stay at home if you're not feeling well.
