Vladislav Pavlov was born and raised in Serbia, and quite young, ventured into the world of startups as a Founder in 2017 with a focus on Sales. In 2020 he moved to Munich to work as a Sales Manager for a growing B2B startup and honed his skills in enterprise sales, forging connections in the vibrant VC and startup scene. Later on, he worked as a Sales Manager for a US scaleup and in parallel as a startup scout for Heartfelt VC fund. He now leads Furtherance, a consultancy company specializing in distilling many years of enterprise sales expertise to guide startups & SMEs in securing clients, partners, and investors to propel their businesses forward.
