Terezia co-founded and leads the educational organization DASATO in Slovakia. She founded the organization while still in high school, and after six years, it is one of the largest educational organizations that sets trends in Slovakia and helps internationally. During her studies at Silkeborg Gymnasium, she noticed the differences between Slovak and the Danish educational system. She studies Educational Innovation and leadership in Estonia. Her dream and goal are to innovate education in Slovakia, develop 21st-century skills learning, prepare youth for the future, and support character education. She was awarded the Forbes 30 under 30 in 2023.
