Sergey Kastukevich joined SOFTSWISS as Deputy CTO in 2020. He has a rich technical background with Enterprise Development experience in various domains: desktop, web, and mobile. At SOFTSWISS, Sergey has successfully expanded multiple technical teams, enhanced the organizational structure, and refined team processes. Professional interests: IT outsourcing, custom software development, resource management, and senior project management. In 2025 Sergey Kastukevich has been named CTO of the Year in EMEA at the 2025 Oracle Excellence Awards.
