Ross serves as a pivotal member of the Senior Management Team having joined as an Executive Recruitment Consultant and going on to be promoted to Director of Business & Communications in record time. With a wide portfolio of clients across a diverse industry spectrum, Ross has supported his clients in identifying, interviewing and placing highly skilled professionals from entry to senior management level. Ross continues to act as a mentor and coach to the whole team offering his wealth of understanding and market knowledge to the next generation of GRS Consultants.
