Niccolò Sapio is a Senior Ventures Associate at Plug and Play Tech Center, where he leads the company’s venture activities in Africa. With a Master’s degree from Bocconi University, Niccolò combines a strong academic foundation with a deep expertise in technology and innovation. Prior to joining Plug and Play, he held key advisory roles at Deloitte Digital and KPMG, where he guided global enterprises through successful digital transformation initiatives, focusing on Strategy and Process Design. In his current role, Niccolò has led over a dozen investments and has supported hundreds of startups on their scaling journeys.
