Marios Tsiailis is a Deals Director at PwC Cyprus. He advises private equity firms and
corporates on M&A and transaction support services across industries, with particular focus on
the energy sector. He is leading the PwC Cyprus energy Deals team and has been involved in
some of the biggest transactions in the sector, acting for international infrastructure funds and
multinational corporates. Marios has studied Finance, Accounting and Management at the
University of Nottingham, UK and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
England and Wales.
