Marijo Kolovrat graduated in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering in 2005. His career in the Security industry started 19 years ago. Significant experience in all aspects of Security Business he gathered in company Proalarm, Croatia on the position of CTO where he stayed for almost 7 years. At the end of 2012 he moved on in Avigilon (today’s Motorola Solution company) and in 2014 he started to manage Sales Engineering team of Southern Europe and Russia/CIS monitoring, mentoring new hires and he was involved in all mission critical designs and projects covering more than 40 countries. At the beginning of 2016 he was promoted as Application Engineering Manager for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region, involved in the most complex projects. Starting in 2017 he took over the role of Avigilon Sales Manager responsible for Balkans area managing strong partner channel in 7 (seven) countries and driving a business to next level of growth.
