Prof. Maria Kamargianni is a Professor of Transport Systems Innovation and Sustainability at the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies and the Founder of MaaSLab. Maria started her career in academia in one of the Top-10 Universities in the world. She has received several international awards for her state of the art research. For 10 years, she was working closely with industry and public sector to transfer her research findings into market. In 2024, she founded MaaSLab, to continue developing cutting edge transport and mobility-related products. MaaSLab is based in Cyprus, but works globally. MaaSLab is a unique multidisciplinary environment where economists, engineers, software developers, data and social scientists blend to set the pace through innovations and enable outstanding achievements.
