Jaroslav Ton is the CEO of Malcom Finance, a fintech company that caters to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in logistics by offering them cutting-edge financial products. He was inspired by his grandfather’s experience, who was a truck driver himself. After graduating from LSE, Jaroslav continued his studies at Oxford and was involved, for example, in the UN. During his studies, he worked in the economic section of the UN, focusing on trade, investment and innovation with a focus on positive social impact. For his successes with Malcom Finance he was included in the Forbes 30 under 30 list in 2023.
