With a background as diverse as farming in a small village in northern México and training sled dogs in the Arctic, Felix Efren Gonzalez Reyes brings a unique perspective to the fight against e-commerce fraud. While studying his MSc in Process of Sustainable Energetics in Estonia, he joined Bolt when it was a small startup and now leads the anti-fraud strategy and operations for its micro-mobility and car-sharing verticals. He has built fraud analytics processes and features from the ground up. He supervises the implementation of innovative machine learning models to combat emerging fraud threats.
