Eddie Stern is a yoga teacher, author, and researcher based in New York City. He is the
author of Healing Through Breathing, Four Lessons for Lasting Health and Happiness, an
Audible Original, as well as the best-selling One Simple Thing, A New Look at the Science of
Yoga and How it can Change Your Life. With an extensive background of over thirty-five
years in yoga, science, health, and education, Eddie has developed a multi-disciplinary
