Dora Trachana is a Partner at Uni.Fund VC, with over a decade of experience coaching more than 120 national and international teams through incubation, acceleration, and corporate innovation programs. She has built strong partnerships with incubators across Europe and developed an extensive network within the global start-up ecosystem. At Uni.Fund, she has spearheaded deal flow and startup evaluation, reviewing over 2,000 EU-based startups and leading 55+ transactions over the past seven years, from due diligence to deal closure. Dora provides strategic support to portfolio companies and serves as a key partner, driving business growth and operational excellence. She holds a BSc in Management Science and Technology and an MSc in Information Systems from the Athens University of Economics and Business, both awarded with scholarships.
