Over the course of her career, she has held partnership roles in top-tier law firms across the Baltics and Scandinavia, including serving as managing partner of their Belarus offices. This diverse background has shaped her strong cross-border legal expertise and deep understanding of regional business cultures and legal systems. Currently, Darya leads her own boutique law firm, Beagle Legal, which specializes in cross-border and high-profile projects across all areas of business law. As a venture builder, Darya has supported over 50 startups across Belarus, CEE, and the UK. She is also the Co-Founder of DOBRA Impact Venture Studio, the first impact venture builder in Lithuania. In her role as a startup mentor and advisor, she provides guidance on legal and compliance matters, founder relations, product development, and exit strategies.
