COO and Project Director at Future of Wellness Group | Legal Corporate Advisor | Venture Builder Expert Darya is an internationally experienced business lawyer with over 20 years of hands-on practice in M&A, corporate advisory, corporate governance, corporate finance, capital markets, venture capital, and startups. Over the course of her career, she has held partnership roles in top-tier law firms across the Baltics and Scandinavia, including serving as managing partner of their Belarus offices. This diverse background has shaped her strong cross-border legal expertise and deep understanding of regional business cultures and legal systems. Currently, Darya leads her own boutique law firm, Beagle Legal, which specializes in cross-border and high-profile projects across all areas of business law. The firm’s client portfolio includes leading investment funds, multinational corporations, and local businesses such as Mangrove Capital Partners, BaltCap, Entain, Atlantic Labs, EBRD, Priorbank, Raiffeisen Group, IFC, VMG, IKEA, Google, Facebook, Uber, Evolution Gaming, BMW, Peugeot, Pfizer, Takeda, Alcon, JYSK, Kesko/Senukai, OMA, Wartsila, Fortum, SoftLine, Noventiq, SynLab, Total Games, Softeq, Danone, Philip Morris, Santander, A100, Fielmann, and many others. As a venture builder, Darya has supported over 50 startups across Belarus, CEE, and the UK. She is also the Co-Founder of DOBRA Impact Venture Studio, the first impact venture builder in Lithuania. In her role as a startup mentor and advisor, she provides guidance on legal and compliance matters, founder relations, product development, and exit strategies.
