Aristos holds a Bachelors in Financial Economics and a Masters in Banking and Finance, both from the University of Leicester in England and he is also in the final stage of obtaining a Masters in Real Estate from Neapolis University in Pafos. Throughout his 15-year long career in real estate, Aristos has developed an extensive experience in advising and assisting individuals with their investment needs in Cyprus. Beyond the realm of real estate, he also has a broad knowledge and passion for the fields of data analysis and statistics. Currently, Aristos serves as the Commercial Manager at Pafilia, a prominent property development company in Cyprus. In this role, Aristos is responsible for overseeing commercial operations, ensuring the company’s offerings align with market demands and driving revenue growth. His strategic approach and keen market insights have been instrumental in enhancing the company’s market position and fostering sustainable business growth. He is the main developer and administrator of the company’s CRM, a state-of-the-art system that provides standard operating procedures, full data analysis, live insights, business intelligence and live reporting. Aristos is also actively involved in the department’s overall strategic planning both in the aspects of business development and sales.
