Antonis Kakoullis holds over 30 years of extensive experience in the Property Development and Construction Sector. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Building Economics from London. He initiated his career by working in an architectural office and subsequently transitioned into a Project Manager role at a prominent contracting company in Cyprus. Following this, he joined a large Property Developer where he gained exposure to Land Development and Property Development for significant projects, including a Shopping Mall, large-scale housing development, high-rise building development, and various mix-use projects. Over the course of his career, he has successfully managed projects in Cyprus, Russia, and London. Antonis Kakoullis is a member of ETEK, a certified energy auditor, a licensed contractor, and a valued member of the Board of Directors of LBDA (Land and Buildings Developers Association). Furthermore, he played a pivotal role in a governmental committee that implemented the European directives for energy performance of buildings in Cyprus.
