With over 30 years of experience in corporate and HNWI banking, AIF management, entrepreneurship, angel investing, and mentoring, I founded AAlchemy Ventures Limited—a company dedicated to helping startups launch and scale in the European and North American markets. Today, AAlchemy Ventures operates not only as an angel investment network – a member of EBAN, but also as the home of Growth Lab—an acceleration program for foreign startups entering the EU, and AngelPath, a business angel school we run in partnership with Quo Vadis VC & Tech. Our team also leads the Cyprus chapters of VNTR and Expert Dojo. My work with startup founders also inspired the next chapter of my academic journey. In April 2025, I successfully defended my Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) thesis at Grenoble School of Management, focusing on the impact of mentoring startup founders on venture performance.
