Andreas Papadopoulos is a manager in PwC Cyprus’s Consulting Department, with nearly a decade of experience leading business and workforce transformation initiatives. He has worked with prominent clients across the banking, insurance, government, healthcare, and shipping sectors, helping them address complex challenges in workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and upskilling. Recognized for his strategic insights and workforce expertise, Andreas has successfully led large-scale transformation programs, enabling organizations, both public and private, to align their people strategies with business objectives, enhance performance, and build agile, future- ready structures. He holds an MA in Human Resources Management from the University of Leeds and a BSc in Business Studies from the University of Huddersfield. A certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, Andreas is fluent in Greek and English and actively contributes to shaping the future of workforce transformation in Cyprus.
