Andreas Papadopoulos is a seasoned leader with a diverse background spanning engineering, international business, and finance. After launching his career at Unilever in the U.S. and Germany, he transitioned to banking in Cyprus, leading Hellenic Bank’s Group Strategy during the 2013 economic crisis and currently spearheading business development for SMEs. A graduate of Cambridge University and the Wharton Business School, Andreas combines strategic insight with a commitment to innovation and sustainability. He is passionate about leveraging cross-sector collaboration to drive systemic transformation in Cyprus and beyond, and is dedicated to fostering partnerships between the public and private sector for inclusive growth. Andreas is the co-founder and ex-Chairman of Junior Achievement Cyprus. He also serves on NGO boards promoting the cyclical economy (European Wool Exchange)
and marine conservation (CYMEPA), and has published four photography books showcasing the beaches of Cyprus.
