Andrea is a legal professional working with multi-national corporations or entities of foreign interest, either directly with company management or through counsel. She advises on regulatory, transactional and operational matters and coordinates with teams around the world to achieve structured legal compliance, completion of commercial transactions or disputes handling. She holds a law degree and a postgraduate specialisation in Corporate & Commercial law from the London School of Economics and Political Science, she is an active member of Cyprus Bar Association and is the primary lawyer for Cyprus in the Employment Law Alliance (ELA), an international network of lawyers specialising in employment law. An avid lover of the arts, especially music, saw her contribute to the work of The Cyprus Symphony Orchestra (CySO) as an appointed member of its Board of Directors.
