Tomas is an early stage investor at 365.fintech, investing in pre-seed and seed stage fintech startups in Europe. He invested in companies such as Montonio, Monite, Invessuite, Velaris and funds including Speedinvest. He is also supporting venture creation and ventures support at Vacuum Group in focus areas of crypto, fintech, health and legal tech. Previously, Tomas worked with internal banking developers translating business needs to something they would understand and helped run product discovery projects. At the same time, he set up his first business, an e-commerce venture which carried several fashion accessories brands and retailed them across CEE. Tomas was part of a team running the first Slovak proper startup co-working space, The Spot. This initiative led to Booster, a full fledged startup accelerator which invested into 10 early stage startups in CEE, such as Kickresume, Papaya POS and Klear Lending. Over several years, Tomas led and worked on a range of innovation projects for corporates such as KBC Bank, Orange or e:on, as well as fintech challengers such as Solaris Bank or Tandem Bank. Besides, he worked on launching several side projects such as Wander Wire.
