Simona Kijonková is considered the first lady of Czech e-commerce. In 2010, she founded the company Zásilkovna and built it into a global digital technology platform for e-commerce with a turnover of CZK 6.1 billion. Simona Kijonková is currently the CEO of the Packeta holding, which is a group of 14 companies, including the Czech company Zásilkovna, and manages more than 2,200 employees. She has received numerous awards for her work. She became EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 of the capital city of Prague. She won the Economia's TOP Businesswoman of the Year 2018 and 2021. For many years, she has topped the Forbes Most Influential Women list. In March 2022, she launched her foundation, the direction of whose assistance is based on her life story.
