Michal has a depth of leadership experience from innovation sectors in East Asia and Western Europe, where he managed global tech divisions in Fortune 100 companies like Sony and strategic initiatives in start-ups. After his return to the CEE region, Michal focuses on building innovation ecosystems and creating new financial instruments for talented entrepreneurs to have a better chance to succeed in the global tech scene. Michal has active roles in early-stage VC funds under the Zero One Hundred group and helps the portfolio companies with organizational strategy. His domain interests are in blockchain tech, the educational sector, and fintech areas, where he aims to create impact via NGO board positions, lecturing at universities, or mentoring in incubators and accelerators.
