In a time when browser games were still in their infancy, Andre stumbled upon his calling in payments almost by chance, embarking on his journey with a provider of SMS and voice payments. Since then, the field of payments has evolved rapidly, and Andre has consistently been at the forefront in various organizations. Throughout his career, Andre has led payment management at ProSiebenSat.1 Games, spearheaded reconfigurations and establishment of payment systems at hagebau connect and SMA AG, established effective risk and fraud management practices, and developed a 360-degree omnichannel strategy. Currently, he has even conceptualized an automated dunning & debt collection process. Since Dec.21, he has been bringing his extensive expertise to Volkswagen Group Charging. Andre’s passion, or as he puts it, his second nature, lies in payments risk and fraud management, and since his time at elli, also in dunning. With a clear vision and a focused approach, he relentlessly drives the innovations and success of elli forward.
